1. Paying with shop or Paypal?
Please ensure that your preferred shipping address and payment method are selected before confirming your payment through Shop Pay or PayPal. Please note that both payment options overwrite the shipping address automatically. This behavior is standard for Shop Pay and PayPal and cannot be modified
2. Return & Refund & Exchange Policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee that all orders will arrive free from defects or damage. If you have received damaged items, we will promptly replace them. Additionally, you may return any non-custom items in saleable condition.

4. How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive an email containing a link to your order status page. From there, you can easily track the progress of your order. Alternatively, you can log into your account and view your order status within your Customer Dashboard.
5. Missing items

6. I am having issue when check out
If you're encountering any issues while using Safari, we suggest switching to Google Chrome for placing your order.
7. Will I be charged duties for customs?
There may be additional charges, such as local brokerage or warehouse fees, that we are unable to cover. These charges are dependent on your country's import laws. Please don't refuse your shipment, as it will be returned to us. This may result in being billed twice for border clearance.
8. My sealing wax glue gun keeps dripping
If your sealing wax appears too hot, we recommend unplugging your Sealing Wax Gun and allowing the wax to cool down before continuing. If your gun continues to leak, it may have a faulty seal please consider to replace.
9. Produce customized artwork
By uploading your design and placing an order with us, you affirm that you either hold the copyright or possess the appropriate licensing for the design. Lucky Gifts cannot be held responsible for producing products with the design you have provided.
10. World-wide shipping or not?
Yes, we ship almost worldwide! Please note that we are not responsible for any duty tax.
